This position is located at Bidor Industrial Estate, 35500 Bidor, Perak Darul Ridzuan, Malaysia. Please check the travel distance before confirming your application for the position.

LOCATION: BIDOR, PERAK

Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure compliance with GMP and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in cleanroom glove production.
  2. Review and update procedures to ensure product quality meets desired specifications.
  3. Manage daily production, including planning, quality control, shipment, and manpower allocation.
  4. Train, assign, and manage staff to achieve department goals.
  5. Enforce strict QA/QC policies to maintain product quality.
  6. Investigate and resolve customer complaints, and implement corrective actions.
  7. Coordinate with departments to ensure timely glove supply and smooth production.
  8. Support R&D for new products and establish technical specifications.
  9. Schedule equipment maintenance and validate new processes and machinery.
  10. Monitor production progress, avoid shortages/excesses, and ensure smooth packing operations.

Requirements: 1. Strong knowledge of cleanroom standards, GMP, and Malaysia’s regulatory requirements. 2. Proven ability to optimize processes and control quality in cleanroom manufacturing. 3. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. 4. Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial) or a related field.
