1. 主导支付交易核心系统（聚合支付、支付处理、账户支付、商户结算等）架构设计与优化，设计/研发支撑日交易订单过亿的高性能核心系统。 2. 致力于交易性能优化，包括但不限于单元化等架构方式提升系统性能，打造万级TPS可伸缩的高性能架构，并推动落地。 3. 技术难点攻关，解决各类潜在系统技术风险，保证系统的安全、稳定、高效运行。 4. 关注行业动态与技术走向，积极引入新技术，负责核心系统架构的持续演进，保证系统的稳定性与扩展性。

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机软件或相关专业优先，具备3年及以上 JAVA 研发工作经历，且拥有优良的编程习惯。 2. 精通 JAVA 语言，深度掌握并运用如 Spring boot、Dubbo、Mysql、Mybatis、MQ、Redis 等基础技术栈。 3. 具备出色的业务架构设计能力，熟悉行业常见的架构方案以及分布式架构下常见的问题及其解决办法，例如：单元化架构。 4. 拥有较强的抽象和逻辑分析能力，能够依据需求场景进行分析，与产品经理协同开展业务模型抽象和设计工作，并落实相关方案。 5. 加分项：a）具有知名公司的支付、银联、金融等资金类业务研发经验；b）具备大型分布式交易系统的设计及研发经验。 6.以客户为中心，具备强烈的自驱力与简单务实的工作风格，面对挑战时能保持积极的心态。
