1.统招本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先，具备至少2-3年信息系统支持/测试/运营经验，有支付、金融或运营商项目经验者优先。 2.具备良好的编程及技术基础，熟悉Java/PHP/C#等语言中的一种或多种并能编写代码，熟悉Linux操作系统及MySQL数据库的基本操作。 3.具备较强的产品思维和业务视角，能够理解客户需求并整合输出解决方案，有售前支持或技术方案设计经验者优先。 4.出色的沟通、协调和推动能力，能够跨团队协同解决问题，具备较强的逻辑分析和故障排查能力。 5.具备流程优化和标准化意识，能够牵头制定并推行工作规范，善于总结和分享，具有带动团队共同成长的潜力。 6.工作积极主动，有责任心，有清晰的职业发展规划，具备在一至两年内成长为团队负责人的潜力。 7.以客户为中心，具备强烈的自驱力与简单务实的工作风格，面对挑战时能保持积极的心态。
