基础条件 - 本科及以上学历，金融、经济、数学、统计学、计算机等相关专业优先 - 5 年以上风险运营、风险管理相关工作经验，有团队管理经验更佳 - 熟悉支付业务流程与风险特征，对行业风险态势有敏锐洞察力 - 具备快速理解业务模式与流程的能力，能将风险策略与业务目标紧密结合 加分项 - 有线下支付业务风控经验。 - 第三方支付、互联网金融、银行、消金等行业风控经验 - 风险智能化（机器学习/规则引擎/大模型）项目经验 - 行业线联动、跨部门风控项目主导经验 - 风控制度标准化、线上化项目落地经验
