任职要求： 1.根椐公司发展规划和门店拓展目标，寻找、评估目标店铺，执行选址开发工作； 2.组织目标商圈的市场调研，收集和投资测算分析相关数据信息，综合考察区域人流量、店铺位置、竞争门店、店铺成本、交通便利性等因素，选定最符合开发需求的门店； 3.进行合同审核、商务条款核对，与意向甲方物业管理方洽谈选址开发事宜，签订合同，达成季度、年度开发目标； 4.处理施工、营运期间产生的相关问题和突发情况，协助运营部门开展后续相关工作； 5.协助上级制订本区域的开发规划和阶段性目标计划，完善公司的选址标准； 6.做好开业前后的准备工作，对已开业门店进行后续维护，与物业保持良好关系，建立长期稳定的合作关系。 7.需定期前往深圳进行项目总结及汇报 8.优先茶饮及咖啡行业的选址开发，需要了解福建市场及项目场地

1.大专及以上学历，3年以上华中区域连锁店铺开发工作经验，熟悉连锁项目，有相应资源，并对新建筹开项目也非常了解，甲方行业背景优先； 2.具备较强的沟通协调、关系维护及谈判能力; 3.熟悉选址开发流程和方法，较强的分析能力，能快速处理数据。
