1. 统筹公司财务管理工作，搭建并优化核算、报表、预算、资金、税务、内控体系； 2. 负责多门店/连锁门店收入、成本、费用核算与分析，建立门店P&L模型； 3. 组织年度预算、月度滚动预测，跟踪预算执行并预警偏差； 4. 负责食材成本、人力、租金、能耗、损耗等成本管控，推动降本增效； 5. 负责资金计划、现金流管理、付款审核及银行、税务、审计等外部关系维护； 6. 出具经营分析报告，为管理层提供决策支持，参与新店投资测算与回本分析； 7. 带领财务团队，优化流程与系统，提升财务效率与数据准确性。

1.本科及以上学历，财务、会计、审计、金融等相关专业； 2. 3年及以上餐饮连锁行业财务管理经验，熟悉多门店/连锁门店财务运作； 3. 持有CPA（注册会计师）证书者优先；中级/高级会计师、税务师等证书加分； 4. 熟悉餐饮行业成本结构、供应链、门店营收稽核、外卖平台对账、库存与损耗管理； 5. 熟练使用金蝶/用友等财务软件及Excel，具备较强数据分析能力； 6. 具备预算管理、经营分析、税务合规、内控建设及团队管理能力； 7. 责任心强、数据敏感、沟通协调能力好，能适应餐饮连锁行业节奏。
