岗位职责

1、负责全国门店稽核体系搭建与标准化落地，统一全国稽核流程、检查标准与管控机制，规范全国稽核工作统一执行。 2、统筹全国线下常规稽核、专项稽核、突击检查工作，覆盖门店食品安全、运营合规、流程执行、费用及数据真实性等，独立完成方案落地、现场稽查、问题核查，输出专业稽核报告。 3、跟进全国各区域、门店问题整改闭环，建立整改台账，复盘高频、共性、重大风险问题，优化管控机制，形成长效风险防控体系。 4、督导全国各区域稽核工作，统筹跨区域联合稽查，统一全国稽核工作节奏，解决区域稽核工作难点，提升整体稽核效率。 5、开展全国门店合规宣导与培训，提升全员风控、合规意识，推动稽核成果落地，降低门店运营及食品安全风险。 6、汇总分析全国稽核数据，定期输出稽核分析与风险报告，为总部管理层决策提供数据支撑，配合内外部审计、监管检查工作，完成上级交办的专项稽核工作。

岗位要求

1、经验要求：1年及以上连锁餐饮、茶饮行业稽核工作经验，有总部级、多区域统筹稽核、专项项目操盘经验者优先，熟悉连锁门店全流程运营与风控管理。 2、专业能力：精通线下稽核流程与核查方法，熟悉餐饮食品安全法规、行业监管及企业合规制度，具备优秀的风险识别、问题复盘、数据分析及报告撰写能力，可独立牵头全国性稽核项目。 3、综合素养：原则性强、公正严谨、责任心强，具备良好的跨部门、跨区域沟通协调及落地推进能力。 4、其他要求：能适应全国高频出差，可接受不定期门店突击稽查，有较强的抗压能力和复盘迭代思维。
