法规合规管理 1.负责建立并持续维护公司食品法规数据库，跟踪国内/国外食品安全法律法规、国家标准及行业标准动态，及时向业务部门发布法规变更预警，确保公司产品配方、标签、宣称等持续合规 2.重点跟踪并解读与公司产品品类（水果生鲜、巧克力零食等）相关的核心法规标准，包括但不限于GB 2760、GB 7718、GB28050等，确保各产品线对标达标 3.负责产品标签的法规合规性审核，包括配料表、营养成分表、致敏物质提示、产品命名等要素的合规判定，确保标签内容符合现行标准要求 4.密切关注海外食品法规动态，逐步建立海外法规数据库，识别目标出口市场（香港、东南亚等）的食品分类、添加剂要求、标签规范及准入标准，为公司国际化布局提供法规前置性支持 5.参与新产品开发过程中的法规风险评估，对配方设计、原料选型、产品声称等提供合规建议，从源头规避法规风险 6.参与质量事件的调查分析与整改闭环 供应商管理（OEM&包材） 1. 负责新供应商的质量能力评估，组织实施现场审核（含质量体系、生产过程、卫生条件、食品安全管控等），出具审核报告并提出整改意见 2. 审核供应商资质文件（营业执照、生产许可证、第三方检测报告、体系证书等），确保符合国家法规及公司准入标准 3. 对高风险供应商实施飞行检查、驻厂跟产或年度复审，监督其生产过程是否符合GMP、HACCP等要求，重点关注异物控制、过敏原管理、追溯体系等关键环节 4. 按照113号令要求对于OEM&包材供应商进行相应管理 体系建设与维护 1. 建立、实施和维护公司供应商质量管理体系，确保体系有效运行并持续改进 2. 作为对接三方审核的主要协调人，负责主要不符合项的追踪闭环

岗位要求： 1. 本科及以上学历，食品科学、食品工程、食品质量与安全等相关专业 2. 5年以上食品行业质量管理工作经验，具备法规合规、体系管理、供应商质量管理中至少两个模块的实操经验 3. 熟悉食品安全法律法规体系，熟练掌握GB 2760、GB 7718等核心国家标准，具备食品标签合规审核能力 4. 熟悉ISO 22000、HACCP等食品安全管理体系标准及落地实施方法，具有内审员或外审员资格者或具备丰富的供应商审核经验者优先 5. 英语能作为工作语言者优先 6. 有连锁餐饮工作经营者优先
