You'll be trusted to use your experience in the field, take ownership of your work, and continue building your skills across residential HVAC installation and service.

What You’ll Do

  • Install residential furnaces, air conditioners, and related HVAC equipment
  • Complete residential HVAC replacements and installation projects
  • Perform HVAC service, repair, and maintenance work as needed
  • Work primarily with Lennox equipment, along with other HVAC brands
  • Perform basic electrical and piping work related to HVAC installations
  • Complete sheet metal work as needed
  • Support indoor air quality and ventilation projects
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners about equipment and completed work
  • Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
  • Follow manufacturer specifications and company installation standards
  • Take ownership of the quality and completion of your work

What We're Looking For

  • 2 - 4 years of hands-on HVAC experience preferred
  • Residential HVAC installation experience required
  • EPA Certification required
  • Experience installing furnaces, air conditioners, and residential heating and cooling systems
  • Basic electrical and piping knowledge
  • Ability to perform basic HVAC service work as needed
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and use sound judgment in the field
  • Dependable, accountable, and committed to quality workmanship

Preferred Experience

  • A2L Certification
  • Lennox equipment experience
  • Sheet metal experience
  • Residential HVAC service and troubleshooting experience

Based in Morris, IL, serving Minooka, Coal City, Channahon, Grundy County, and surrounding communities.
