The posting

一、结构光摄像头标定算法研发与落地 1. 负责散斑/条纹结构光摄像头单目标定、双目/多目联合标定、全局标定算法设计、开发与迭代； 2. 完成摄像头透镜径向/切向畸变校正、深度相机内外参标定、手眼标定、系统全局误差校准；解决结构光相机量产标定、现场标定、在线动态标定工程问题； 3. 搭建标准化标定流程、标定工具链，输出标定参数库，满足量产设备一致性精度指标。

二、结构光图像编解码算法研发 1. 研究编码结构光（条纹编码、随机散斑编码、格雷码编码）成像原理，设计优化结构光投射图案编解码算法； 2. 针对设备内部密闭场景、弱光、反射干扰、遮挡场景优化解码鲁棒性算法，解决反光、噪声、结构光图案混叠解码失效问题； 3. 优化编解码算力开销，完成算法轻量化，适配嵌入式NPU/ARM平台实时编解码需求。

三、设备内部3D信息重建算法研发 1. 基于结构光成像数据，完成设备腔体、机械内部结构、零部件形貌高精度稠密3D点云重建、网格重建、三维模型拟合； 2. 研发点云去噪、配准、空洞修补、三维坐标融合算法，提升狭小内部空间3D重建精度与完整性； 3. 结合标定参数、编解码结果闭环优化3D重建模型，输出标准化三维重建数据格式。

四、算法工程化与性能验收

1. 负责算法落地调试、性能指标验收，定义标定精度、3D重建误差、编解码帧率核心指标； 2. 对接硬件团队，配合结构光摄像头硬件选型、光路调试、传感器适配； 3. 输出算法设计文档、接口文档、标定规范、测试报告，配合产品完成项目落地、量产导入； 4. 跟进行业前沿3D视觉、结构光编解码、相机标定技术，完成技术预研与方案迭代。

五、跨部门协同 对接硬件、嵌入式、产品、测试团队，解决项目落地过程中算法与硬件适配、现场调试疑难问题。

硬性基础要求： 1. 硕士及以上学历，计算机视觉、光学工程、自动化、图像处理、应用数学相关专业；本科顶尖院校有相关项目经验可放宽； 2. 2年及以上结构光3D视觉算法独立开发经验，熟悉主动结构光成像原理，精通相机成像模型与针孔相机原理； 3. 精通相机标定全流程算法：张正友标定法、多目标定、畸变校正、手眼标定、结构光深度相机系统标定； 4. 熟练掌握结构光图案编解码算法：散斑匹配解码、相位移动法、格雷码条纹编解码、三角测量原理； 5. 精通3D重建核心算法：稠密点云重建、点云配准、三维网格重建、坐标空间转换； 6. 熟练使用C++/Python算法开发，精通OpenCV、PCL、Eigen、Halcon视觉算法库；熟悉CMake工程编译； 7. 熟悉图像预处理、特征提取、立体匹配、噪声滤波算法，具备算法工程化、轻量化落地经验。

综合素质要求

1. 具备独立算法方案设计、问题排查、性能调优能力，能独立负责算法模块全生命周期开发； 2. 逻辑清晰，擅长跨团队沟通，能理解硬件底层逻辑，快速定位软硬件耦合问题； 3. 具备较强抗压能力，能够跟进项目节点完成算法调试和指标达标。
