制造域实施： 岗位职责： 1. 熟悉PLM系统基本功能（物料管理、BOM管理、变更管理等）及运作逻辑； 2. 了解研发域的基本流程，能理解相关业务需求； 3. 与业务部门紧密协同，参与数字化需求及问题的收集，澄清，并支持方案的输出及评审； 4. 具备基本的需求设计能力，完成可实施落地的业务需求说明书； 5. 负责数字化实施过程中，参与功能测试及业务培训； 6. 承担系统上线后运维问题处理及系统测试的相关工作；

WMS实施： 1.负责数字化供应链域的应用架构规划，包括应用架构规划、高阶功能方案设计、系统集成方案等；设计并优化高阶供应链系统（如ERP、WMS、TMS、SRM等）的实施方案； 2.负责按时、按成本、按质量交付数字化需求项目。 3.负责规划供应链数字化蓝图和方向目标价值，具备创新思维和解决问题的能力，能够不断探索新的技术、方法和工具，以提高系统实施的效率和效果 4.责任心强、抗压能力强，具有良好团队合作精神，沟通协调能力强

1. 本科以上学历，5年以上相关经验 2. 具备出色的业务逻辑梳理和需求文档编写能力，具备基础的数据分析能力 3. 熟练使用Axure、Figma、Sketch等至少一款原型设计工具 4. 对汽车电子制造领域有基本认知，有SAP背景知识者优先 5. 具备优秀的沟通协调能力、主动性和责任心，能承受多任务工作的压力
