1、负责项目前期及开发过程软件需求的沟通、确认、管理； 2、与软件开发团队成员进行充分沟通和交流，确保信息畅通及项目顺利开展； 3、负责项目软件开发计划的制定、落实和监控； 4、负责项目软件开发过程中的对外沟通、对内协调，带领软件团队完成软件开发，对项目软件质量负责； 5、按照要求及时向软件主管汇报项目运行状态。

  • 本科或硕士以上学历, 计算机, 电子及通信相关专业背景;
  • 8年以上工作经验，其中3年以上软件开发经验, 有项目管理经验尤佳;
  • 熟悉Android、Linux整体架构, 比较强的问题分析和解决能力尤佳;
  • 熟悉软件开发和项目管理流程, 能够熟练使用office等办公软件;
  • 具有良好的组织协调能力, 良好的沟通技巧和执行力;
  • 熟练掌握软件开发流程, 具有良好的项目管理和质量意识;
  • 具有良好的多任务处理能力, 能够承担工作压力;
  • 具有一定的全球项目管理，跨区域的协调和软件项目管理能力;
  • 英语或日语(N1)口语流利优先。
