1.参与3D结构光相机相关算法的开发与优化，具备大视野、多投影系统的理解能力，与武汉某企业算法团队协同推进项目落 2.深入理解并掌握3D结构光相机算法全流程，包括各模块函数调用、变量定义、参数配置及其与与软硬件系统的映射； 3.具备良好的代码分析与工程理解能力，能够对复杂算法流程进行拆解、整理与持续迭代优化； 4.参与算法移植与工程化落地，具备跨平台适配与性能优化意识； 5.能够跟进项目进展，主动识别技术问题并进行分析评估，推动问题解决，并向技术负责人汇报； 6.具备基本的项目协作与进度管理意识，协助项目负责人进行项目进度管理与风险控制，支持项目按计划推进； 7.熟练掌握并参与软件出厂自标定流程的实现与优化。

1.本科（双一流）及以上学历，计算机科学、自动化、电子信息、机器人等相关专业背景，本科学历3年+/硕士学历1年+工作经验 2.精通C++开发，熟练使用OpenCV等计算机视觉库； 3.具备3D视觉或结构光相关算法基础，理解3D结构光相机成像原理及典型处理流程； 4.扎实的传统视觉算法基础，具备算法优化经验（如去噪、匹配、重建等）； 5.具备算法工程化经验，有跨平台移植、性能优化或系统落地经验者优先； 6.具备三维标定相关研究或工程经验（如相机标定、手眼标定、系统标定等）； 7.熟悉多传感器融合或三维重建原理； 8.具备良好的代码阅读能力和系统理解能力，能够快速梳理复杂工程逻辑； 9.具备优秀的团队协作、沟通表达和项目推进能力，能够在跨部门、跨角色合作中有效推动算法项目落地，具备良好的责任意识和执行力，能够适应高频技术对接节奏；
