1.本科及以上，电子 / 机械 / 工业工程 / 自动化相关专业 2.10年以上车载域控 / 汽车电子NPI经验，具备完整项目量产导入经历 3.负责NPI全流程（EVT→DVT→PVT→MVT→PPAP→量产），开展DFM/DFT/DFA分析，识别设计、工艺、物料风险并推动闭环； 4.负责SMT/SA/组装产线试产、过程监控、问题收集与改善跟进； 5.组织跨部门会议（HW/MP/PT/TE/PS），输出新线体计划、风险清单、试产报告； 6.结合产品设计及客户要求，主导制定产品的关键工艺路线及工艺技术要求（装配+测试）； 7.参与制定及评审制造相关的工艺技术文档，包含工艺流程图、上位机测试程序、特殊特性清单、PFMEA、CP、SOP文件等； 8.主导新一代线体的投资方案及目标的制定（包括线体投资费用、达产目标及验收标准），并推动相关方案的落地和目标达成； 9.掌握设备选型标准，主导关键设备评估，并了解设备市场成本； 10.建立新产品设备验收标准、调试规范及验收流程； 11.组织试产、工艺验证与产能爬坡，确保量产良率、成本、交付达标； 12.跟进制程异常，运用质量工具（5Why、鱼骨图等）完成根因分析与8D报告； 13.推动生产线良率、产品直通率（FPY）及生产效率（UPH/OEE）的持续提升；

1.熟悉SMT（贴片）/ ICT（在线测试）/ FCT（功能测试）/ 老化测试 / 涂敷工艺全制程 2.精通车身控制器相关工艺：点导热胶、点密封胶、气密性检测、插针、压接、螺丝锁附等 3.熟悉PCBA和整机从客户需求到生产导入的全流程，具备DFM/DFT/DFA评审能力 4.熟悉FCT、EOL测试原理和测试流程，能独立设计测试方案 5.了解CAN/LIN/Ethernet等车载通信协议及对应测试方法 6.熟练操作CAM350、PADS、Auto CAD、CREO、DFM分析软件 7.掌握FMEA、8D、5Why、鱼骨图等质量工具的应用 8.熟练操作MES（制造执行系统）、ERP（企业资源计划）系统 9.熟悉IATF 16949质量体系并能熟练运用APQP/PPAP/FMEA/MSA/SPC五大工具 10.熟悉IPC-A-610、IPC-J-STD-001等IPC标准及汽车电子行业相关规范 11.对设备采购、生产制造成本有目标感及管控能力，具备成本意识 12.具备项目管理能力，能独立主导NPI项目、识别风险、推动问题解决 13.良好的沟通展示技巧及跨部门推动协调能力 14.良好的抗压能力，积极上进，能适应快节奏项目推进 15.具备良好的英语口语沟通能力，能参与海外客户技术交流
