1，负责车载背光模块（仪表、中控、副驾屏）的光学设计、结构设计，包括导光板、扩散膜、增亮膜、LED光源的选型与布局设计。, 2，完成背光模块的公差计算、DOE实验设计与优化，确保背光亮度、均匀性、耐温性（-40℃~95℃）符合车规要求。 3，主导背光模块的光学仿真、样品制作与可靠性验证，跟进测试过程中的设计问题并优化整改。, 4，对接上游材料供应商（导光板、LED、光学膜），进行技术沟通与方案评价，保障材料适配性。 5，组织背光模组设计评审、样机评审，编写设计文档、测试报告，按计划完成项目交付。 6，跟进车载背光模组量产过程中的设计问题，优化设计方案，提升良率、降低成本。

1，全日制本科及以上学历，光学工程、机械设计、电子信息工程等相关专业。 2，3年以上车载背光模组设计经验，熟悉车载LCD背光技术原理，有汽车电子行业背光设计经验优先。 3，熟练使用NX、CAD等设计软件，掌握光学仿真工具（如TracePro、LightTools），4，具备公差分析、DOE实验设计能力。 5，熟悉车规级要求，了解车载背光可靠性测试标准（高低温、振动、老化）。 6，具备良好的沟通协调能力，能高效供应商及内部研发团队。 7，细致严谨，具备较强的问题解决能力，能快速响应并解决背光设计与验证过程中的核心问题。
