1，全日制本科及以上，机械、车辆工程等相关专业。 2，5 年以上结构设计工作经验，3 年及以上消费类显示产品结构开发经验优先。 3，具备独立结构设计、问题分析与整改能力，了解产品开发全流程。 4，熟练使用主流结构设计软件，精通各类材料特性与加工工艺。 5，英语或日语听说能力良好，可胜任日常海外技术交流者优先。
