1.负责主动安全AEB算法的研发和落地，实现在车辆各个场景中，对VD/VRU目标进行碰撞风险的甄别与评估，保证功能合理的避撞。 2.编写软件测试用例/测试脚本，进行MIL/SIL/HIL相关测试，根据测试需求设计测试用例/执行自动化测试，生成测试报告； 3.基于实车路测数据进行回灌验证，解决功能漏检和误解的问题，完成软件集成，算法标定，实车调试，保障算法软件的交付质量；

1.具备主动安全AEB或AES量产项目的决策算法软件开发经验； 2.掌握一款主流的场景仿真软件，了解MIL/SIL/HIL算法验证方案，建立测试场景库，基于大量路测数据对算法及进行迭代优化，保证功能算法的鲁棒性； 3.熟悉C-NCAP/E-NCAP的法规认证经验，跟踪行业主动安全标准及法规，确保功能符合法规及先进性； 4.熟练掌握c++，熟悉常用的数据结构和设计模式，熟悉Linux和中间件等开发环境，工程能力强，有软件优化经验； 5.可以适应阶段性出差及实车场地测试，熟悉CANOE硬件的使用，完成对执行器性能的评测； 6.具有较丰富的现场调试和标定经验，能够思路清晰/高效的找到问题并解决问题； 7.负责竞品对标及竞品分析，国内外相关法规解读，支持主动安全其它相关需求开发；
