1. 供应商引入与技术评估：主导供应商技术评估与测试，全面验证性能、兼容性、可靠性等；搭建技术评估体系及SLA考评模型（交付质量、故障处理等维度），支撑供应商分级与决策； 2. 采购协同与选型支持：配合采购编写技术规格书与配置标准，支撑RFQ/RFP，进行报价技术合理性分析；关注TCO，平衡性能、容量、能耗及生命周期成本，输出最优选型建议； 3. 安全合规协同：对接网络安全部门，将安全基线、加密、访问控制、审计日志等拆解为技术指标并落地到选型与部署；推动安全措施实施，参与合规审计与整改。 4. 参与资源需求管理与规划：对接数据采集、标注、算法训练等团队，系统化预测存储与服务器需求，形成年度/季度资源计划，动态调整预算与扩容节奏，保障关键项目供给。

1.本科及以上学历，计算机、通信、电子等相关专业，2年以上服务器/存储基础设施经验，有供应商管理与采购协同经验者优先； 2.熟悉企业采购流程，能独立编写技术规格书与评分表，主导技术评标与测试，理解SLA管理、维保及备件体系； 3.了解等保及数据安全法规，有与安全团队协同推动合规落地的实际经验，熟悉存储加密、访问控制、安全擦除等要求； 4.跨部门沟通与需求整合能力强，能够将模糊需求转化为明确技术指标；数据驱动，擅用看板呈现问题，对容量与风险高度敏感，具有闭环意识； 5.加分项：自动驾驶/AI训练平台或大规模非结构化数据存储运维经验，了解混合云及冷热数据分层方案。
