The posting

1、负责智能制造领域AI算法研发，包括工业视觉检测、时序预测、异常检测、智能诊断、工艺优化等算法设计与落地。 2、面向汽车电子、智能装备等制造场景，开展基于深度学习的工业质量检测算法研发，包括目标检测、图像分割、关键点检测、缺陷识别、OCR识别等视觉算法开发。 3、负责多模态工业智能算法研发，结合视觉、传感器、文本、设备日志等多源数据，实现工业场景下的数据融合分析与智能决策。 4、基于大语言模型（LLM）、多模态大模型（VLM/Omni Model）、RAG等技术，探索工业知识问答、智能巡检、SOP流程检测、生产异常分析等智能制造应用。 5、负责算法模型训练、优化与部署，包括数据处理、模型训练、模型压缩、推理加速以及边缘设备部署。 6、参与算法系统性能优化，包括模型精度优化、推理效率提升、资源占用优化，保障工业现场稳定运行。

1、计算机、人工智能、自动化、机械工程、电子信息等相关专业本科及以上学历，3年以上AI算法研发经验。 2、熟练掌握Python/PyTorch等深度学习开发框架，具备良好的算法实现能力和工程代码能力。 3、熟悉计算机视觉算法体系，包括但不限于：目标检测（YOLO、DETR等）、图像分割（Mask R-CNN、SAM等）、姿态估计/关键点检测、OCR文字识别、工业缺陷检测算法和熟悉时序数据分析与预测算法。 4、了解工业AI工程化部署流程，熟悉：Docker、Kubernetes、TensorRT、ONNX Runtime、NVIDIA CUDA/GPU推理优化； 5、具备工业制造数据分析经验，具备以下场景之一：SMT/PCB检测、汽车电子制造、机器人视觉、自动化产线、MES/工业互联网平台； 6、具备良好的问题分析能力和团队协作能力，能够独立完成算法方案设计、开发及现场问题闭环。

加分项： 1、在人工智能、计算机视觉、机器学习等方向有高水平论文发表或专利成果。 2、在CVPR、ICCV、ECCV、NeurIPS、AAAI、IJCAI等人工智能领域会议或期刊发表论文。 3、在工业视觉、智能制造领域具有成功商业化落地经验。 4、参与过开源AI项目建设，有核心代码贡献经验。 5、在Kaggle、天池、AI Challenge等人工智能竞赛中获得优异成绩。 6、有以下经验者优先：多模态工业问答、SOP智能检测、AI Agent智能制造应用。
