1. 负责深度学习模型在pytorch、onnx、tensorrt、ncnn、ann、snpe、tvm 等主流AI框架与推理引擎之间的转換与验证工作 2. 针对嵌入式 SOC 平台，深入实施模型压缩与加速技术，包括但不限于计算图优化、量化、剪枝、知识蒸馏、稀疏化等 3. 针对推理性能和精度瓶颈，提出算子开发与模型结构改进建议，推理模型量产落地

1. 熟练掌握量化、剪枝、知识蒸馏等模型压缩与加速技术，具备计算图优化、算子融合等性能调优实战经验 2. 精通 PyTorch，并至少熟练掌握 QNN、ONNX、TensorRT、NCNN、TVM 等其中一种推理框架的模型转换、部署与调试流程 3. 具备深度学习模型在嵌入式或车载 SOC 平台的部署落地经验，能独立解决性能与精度瓶颈问题 4. 具备良好的团队协作和跨部门沟通能力，能推动优化方案在产品中落地 5. 良好的团队合作意识，以及上下游沟通能力 6. 有车载芯片（如英伟达、高通、地平线等）量产部署经验，或大模型端侧优化经验者优先
