1. 主导 AI 中台架构设计，覆盖云原生基建、数据工程、模型训推一体化、Agent框架、RAG 等核心模块，支撑 AI 赋能研发效能、办公自动化、智能制造等多场景落地，保障架构扩展性、稳定性与高并发。 2. 主导完成 AI 中台从设计到交付的全流程落地，构建分布式算力调度、大模型 Agent 构建、研发流程 AI 赋能等核心能力，推动模型训推一体化，以及低代码、零代码 AI能力应用接口等的输出和落地。 3. 负责 AI 中台安全合规、可观测体系建设，对接和融合研发知识库、管理系统构建 AI 能力闭环，统筹技术选型与算力成本优化。 4. 负责多模态大模型在座舱场景的落地，包括跨模态对齐、场景理解、情感计算、意图预测等核心技术攻关，构建座舱场景下的垂直大模型与智能体系统，驱动座舱交互体验从被动指令式交互向自主智能化体验创新演进。 5. 构建端云协同的AI工具链，主导设计覆盖感知、融合、决策、生成的全栈工具链平台，优化端侧推理性能（NPU/CPU资源调度与量化压缩），驱动工具链从自动化向智能化演进。 6. 设计并实现AI驱动的智能体（Agent）系统，自动化完成架构设计、参数调优、问题根因分析等复杂任务 7. 具备协调跨团队协同能力，能根据业务情况把控和输出中台技术规范与长期演进方向。

1. 计算机科学、软件工程、通信及电子信息类等相关专业硕士及以上学历。5 年以上技术研发 、技术架构经验，2 年以上 AI 中台、大模型平台架构设计或技术管理经验； 2. 精通大模型原理，具备涉及Agent、RAG、MCP 协议、PE/CE工程实战经验；掌握模型训练、推理优化全流程，能落地自动化训推平台。 3. 精通Python/C++，熟悉TensorRT/NCNN端侧优化，有大模型微调（LoRA/QLoRA）与CUDA/TensorRT优化经验，熟悉MLOps工具链（Kubeflow/MLflow） 4. 精通数据湖、数仓、特征存储、多源知识库接入，能构建研发数据闭环，解决数据漂移、特征一致性问题。 5. 具备 AI 赋能研发全流程（代码生成 、评审、测试等）落地经验，熟悉基于AI的IDE、Plugin、CLI设计开发。 6. 精通云原生、分布式算力规划与调度，具备 AI 中台从0到1设计落地经验，能保障系统弹性、高可用与高并发。 7. 掌握 AI 中台安全合规、可观测体系（监控 / 链路追踪）设计能力。 8. 具备复杂系统分层解耦设计能力，能平衡技术先进性与落地成本，并制定中台长期演进路线； 9. 具备跨团队沟通协调能力，能协同团队攻克复杂技术难题，推动方案落地。 10. 有研发效能、智能制造领域 AI 中台落地成功案例，具备分布式 AI 系统、云原生平台搭建经验优先。
