1、负责 AI 产品（大模型、智能体等）安全测评，识别 AI 产品安全风险，输出修复方案并推动风险闭环； 2、负责 AI 安全防御体系建设与维护，保障 AI 系统持续稳定安全运行； 3、搭建 AI 基础设施入侵防御体系，针对模型投毒、工具投毒、密钥泄露、影子 AI 等场景制定检测规则与防御策略； 4、主导 AI 安全治理体系建设，制定模型使用规范、数据访问控制策略及安全审计流程； 5、开展 AI 内容安全审计与合规治理，确保 AI 生成内容符合国家监管要求及公司安全准则； 6、持续追踪越狱、提示词注入、非预期工具调用等 AI 新型攻击手法，主导红蓝对抗演练，完善平台溯源与应急响应能力。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、信息安全、人工智能等相关专业优先； 2、熟悉国内外 AI 安全相关技术框架与行业标准，深入理解 AI 全链路安全风险体系； 3、熟悉主流 LLM 与 Agent 框架（如 LangGraph、CrewAI、AutoGen、LangChain），具备 AI 系统实战应用或安全评估经验； 4、具备优秀逻辑分析与前瞻性研究能力，能够自主跟踪国际顶级安全会议最新动态，并将前沿技术转化为实际安全生产力； 5、了解国内外AI 治理、数据安全相关法律法规，能够配合完成合规相关技术支撑工作。
