1. 端到端自动驾驶 Agent 系统架构设计 - 主导设计面向自动驾驶研发流程的多模态 Agent 架构（VLA/VLM + Tool Use），包括感知数据挖掘 Agent、场景生成 Agent、代码辅助生成 Agent 及诊断分析 Agent； 2. AI Coding 与研发效能 Agent 平台 - 深度定制 AI Coding 工具链（Cursor/Claude Code/Copilot），开发面向自动驾驶代码库（C++/Python）的私有化代码生成 Agent，包括 ROS 节点模板生成、规控算法补全、单元测试自动生成； - 构建 RAG 增强的代码知识库，集成向量数据库（Milvus/Faiss）与代码语义检索，提升 Agent 在复杂工程上下文中的代码理解与生成的准确率。

1. 学历与经验：计算机、AI、自动化等相关专业硕士及以上学历； 2. 编程与工程化：精通 Python，熟悉 Docker/Kubernetes，掌握 vLLM/llama.cpp/SGLang 等推理框架的定制与优化（如 MXFP4 量化、投机解码）； 3. AI Agent 深度技术：熟悉 LangChain/LangGraph/AutoGen 等框架的底层机制，具备自定义 Agent 框架或复杂工作流编排的实战经验； 4. AI Coding 工具链：理解代码大模型（Qwen3-Coder/DeepSeek-Coder）的微调与部署，能基于业务代码库构建私有化的代码辅助 Agent。 5. 自动驾驶行业理解：熟悉自动驾驶全栈技术，理解数据闭环、影子模式、OTA 迭代的工程实践； 6. 技术影响力：具备优秀的技术方案设计能力，能撰写高质量技术文档； 7. 团队协作：出色的跨部门沟通能力，具备技术分享与初级工程师指导（Mentoring）经验，推动技术在业务线规模化落地。
