1. 负责车载智驾 SOC 上感知应用软件开发，完成算法模块开发、调度、集成、验证等工作，并依据算法数据流设计应用架构 2. 负责开发深度学习模型的前处理、后处理，以及调用推理引擎完成模型前向推理工作 3. 负责开发异构核调度与任务分发管理器，并通过零拷贝等技术，实现感知计算任务在异构核上的高效计算 4. 负责感知软件的性能剖析与深度优化。通过工具链分析CPU/GPU/NPU负载、内存带宽、功耗等关键指标，定位性能瓶颈，并实施代码级、算法级和调度级的优化策略，持续提升系统效率与稳定性

1. 精通 C/C++，熟悉 Python，具备良好的多线程/多进程编程能力与软件工程规范。 2. 拥有 Linux/QNX/RTOS 等系统下嵌入式软件开发经验，熟悉车载中间件（如ROS、ROS2、CyberRT、AutoSar Adaptive、OpenVX等）者优先。 3. 异构计算开发核心技能： - 具备感知算法模块（前/后处理、推理集成）的开发与优化经验。 - 掌握异构核调度（CPU/GPU/NPU）与零拷贝等高效率内存访问技术。 - 能使用性能剖析工具定位 CPU/GPU/NPU 负载及内存瓶颈，并进行代码、算法或调度层面的深度优化。 4. 具备优秀的团队协作、沟通能力及系统性解决问题思维。
