1.AI系统架构设计与交付 负责企业级AI系统整体架构设计，围绕大模型、Agent、多模态AI等技术，完成从技术方案设计、研发到实际项目交付的全过程。 2.Agent智能体架构建设 负责Agent系统架构设计，包括： oAgent Harness、Agent Runtime； oPlanning / Reasoning任务规划与执行； oTool Calling、Memory、Workflow； oMulti-Agent协同； oAgent评估优化及持续进化机制。 推动Agent从应用助手向具备自主执行、能力扩展和持续优化能力的智能系统演进。 3.Agent能力体系建设 负责Agent能力组件化建设，包括Skill、Tool、Knowledge等能力设计，实现业务能力沉淀、复用和智能化编排。 4.大模型及多模态AI应用落地 负责大模型技术研究与应用，包括RAG、Prompt Engineering、模型微调、推理优化、多模态大模型等，推动AI能力在业务场景中的落地。 5.AI工程化及团队技术建设 负责AI系统工程化建设，包括模型服务、Agent平台、端侧部署等；参与技术团队建设，承担技术规划、方案评审和团队协作管理。

1. 学历与经验 硕士及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、软件工程等相关专业； 5年以上AI、大模型或软件架构相关经验； 具备企业级AI系统架构设计经验； 有完整AI项目从方案设计到实际交付经验； 具备技术负责人或团队管理经验优先。 2. Agent技术能力 深入理解Agentic AI技术体系及发展趋势； 具备Agent Harness、Agent Runtime设计经验； 熟悉Planning、Reasoning、Tool Calling、Memory、Multi-Agent等核心技术； 具备Skill体系设计和Agent能力组件化经验； 具备Agent反馈闭环、评估优化和自进化机制设计经验； 熟悉LangGraph、AutoGen、CrewAI、Semantic Kernel、OpenAI Agents SDK等主流框架； 掌握OpenClaw、hermes等最新Agent技术和实现原理。 3. 大模型及多模态能力 深入理解Transformer及主流大模型技术； 熟悉GPT、Claude、Qwen、Llama等主流模型体系； 熟悉RAG、Embedding、知识增强、模型微调及推理优化； 熟悉多模态大模型原理及应用经验 4. 工程化及端侧能力 精通Python，熟悉PyTorch等AI开发框架； 具备大模型部署和性能优化经验； 具备端侧AI部署经验，熟悉Android系统上部署优先 了解端侧模型优化、系统集成及端云协同架构。 5. 优先条件 有智能座舱、汽车AI Agent研发经验； 有车载Android系统、大模型端侧部署经验； 有大型AI平台建设或商业化交付经验。
