1.AOI系统架构设计 o负责工业AOI检测系统总体架构设计，包括相机采集、光源控制、算法模块、边缘计算与云端数据协同。 2.算法开发与模型部署 o负责算法模型的设计、实现、量化、裁剪、优化、上板部署。 3.系统集成与测试 o主导 AOI 系统的软硬件集成、调试与整机联动测试。 4.数据闭环与平台化建设 o主导数据采集、清洗、标注、训练等数据闭环流程建设和相应工具链的开发。

技术要求 硕士及以上学历，计算机视觉、自动化、计算机、人工智能等相关专业；5年以上行业经验； 精通Python / C++，熟悉 PyTorch等模型框架； 熟悉图像处理与深度学习检测算法（如 YOLO、Mask R-CNN、Segment Anything、Diffusion-based models 等）； 了解工业相机、光源、镜头及工控机配置与调试； 熟悉 TensorRT、ONNX、CUDA 优化与性能调试；具备模型上板经验（Orin、Thor等）； 具备系统架构与系统集成能力，有完整AOI项目落地经验优先。 综合能力 具备良好的工程化思维与调试能力； 能独立推动项目从算法到部署落地； 有生产线调试经验者优先； 具备团队协作与技术文档编写能力。
