1.本科及以上学历，计算机、电子工程、车辆工程等相关专业； 2.8年以上中间件开发经验，至少3年汽车SOA/AUTOSAR开发经验； 3.精通C++11/14/17，具备良好的软件架构设计和代码规范意识； 4.熟悉SOA架构理念及通信机制（如SOME/IP、DDS、gRPC等）； 5.熟悉Adaptive AUTOSAR标准及常用工具链（如ARA::COM）； 6.了解车载网络（以太网、CAN FD）及安全机制（TLS/DTLS）； 7.具备嵌入式Linux/QNX调试经验（如GDB、Wireshark、性能分析）。
