1.主导出海项目车载总线架构设计/规划/支撑与 AUTOSAR 协议栈全流程开发； 2.负责 CAN/CAN FD/LIN/Ethernet/TSN 总线协议栈的指导团队开发、调试与复杂问题定位； 3.完成 AUTOSAR BSW 模块配置、RTE 集成与总线相关核心功能开发指导； 4.作为海外核心客户技术接口，完成总线需求澄清、方案汇报与现场问题闭环；可出差客户现场解决负责问题支撑； 5.遵循 ASPICE、ISO26262 、各类国际标准流程输出技术文档，制定团队总线开发规范；参与国标（GB）和国际标准（ISO）制定； 6.带教技术团队，沉淀可复用的总线组件与开发方法论。

岗位要求：10 年以上汽车嵌入式开发经验，精通 AUTOSAR 协议栈与 CAN/CAN FD/LIN/Ethernet/TSN/UDS/Tsyn 全系列总线协议，熟练使用 Vector 总线工具链，英语流利可独立对接海外客户，具备团队管理能力，有多个量产域控制器总线项目经验。 对标企业：博世、大陆、华为、采埃孚、特斯拉、通用汽车等。
