1，系统性能优化与稳定性攻坚：参与系统启动速度、功耗、内存占用等核心性能指标的调优；协助定位并解决系统死机、重启、内存泄漏等底层疑难杂症。 2，主导硬件Bring-up与板级调试：深度参与新平台的硬件点亮工作，能够独立阅读原理图与芯片手册，配合硬件工程师完成信号完整性分析及板级问题排查。 3，内核与系统架构维护：参与Linux内核的裁剪、配置及Bootloader的定制；负责设备树（Device Tree）的维护与更新，确保软硬件资源映射准确。 4，技术方案调研与工具建设：针对开发中的痛点，调研前沿技术或自研自动化调试脚本/工具，提升团队整体的开发与测试效率。

1，扎实的编程功底：精通C/C++语言，对指针操作、内存布局、数据结构与算法有深刻理解；熟悉Makefile/CMake等编译构建系统，能独立编写Shell/Python脚本辅助开发。 2，深厚的操作系统原理：深入理解Linux内核架构，熟悉进程/线程调度、内存管理（MMU）、中断处理（顶半部/底半部）、并发控制（自旋锁/信号量）等核心机制。 3，丰富的驱动开发经验：熟悉Linux字符设备、平台设备驱动模型；对至少一种复杂总线或子系统（如I2C/SPI/USB/PCIe、V4L2视频子系统、ALSA音频子系统）有实际的调试或开发经验。, 4，硬件底层分析与调试能力：具备极强的硬件思维，能熟练阅读英文芯片Datasheet和电路原理图；熟练使用示波器、逻辑分析仪等仪器进行信号抓取与故障定位，能独立完成从硬件异常到软件根因的推导。

进阶加分项： 1，有主流SoC平台（如高通骁龙、瑞芯微RK、NXP i.MX等）的实际开发或量产项目经验。 2，熟悉Android系统架构，了解HAL层与Kernel层的交互机制，有Binder通信或HIDL/AIDL开发经验者优先。 3，具备虚拟化技术（Hypervisor/Virtio）或安全启动（Secure Boot/TrustZone）相关经验者优先。
