1. 产能规划与资源统筹 o 基于汽车电子产品的市场需求（含客户订单、预测计划）、产品工艺特性（如SMT、组装、测试等制程），制定中长期（季度/年度）产能规划方案，匹配交付目标； o 分析现有产能瓶颈（设备、场地等），协同生产、工艺部门制定产能提升计划（如产线改造、设备增补等），确保关键工序（如SMT贴片、功能测试、ADS贴合）产能与订单需求动态平衡； o 监控产能利用率（OEE）、交付达成率等核心指标，针对异常波动（如急单插入、物料短缺、设备故障）快速响应并调整计划，保障交付稳定性。 2. 供应链计划域协同 o 深度参与供应链计划全流程（需求计划→生产计划→物料计划→发货计划），联动销售、研发、项目、采购、生产等部门，确保产能计划与物料供应、库存水位、物流能力协同一致； o 优化产能分配规则（如客户优先级、产品利润贡献度），平衡紧急订单、常规订单与长期订单的资源投入，提升整体供应链效率。 3. 生产管理与制程理解 o 熟悉汽车电子产品的生产工艺（如SMT贴片、DIP插件、三防漆涂覆、功能/可靠性测试等核心制程），理解关键工序的节拍时间（CT）、换型时间（Changeover）及质量控制点； o 能深入产线调研产能瓶颈（如某测试工序设备产能不足、人工组装效率低），提出工艺优化建议（如并行作业、自动化改造）或计划调整方案； 4. 系统落地与数据驱动 o 精通SAP系统（重点模块：PP生产计划、APS高级排程、MM物料管理）、MES系统（生产执行与实时数据采集）、WMS系统（仓库库存与出入库管理）、TMS系统（物流运输调度）的核心功能与应用逻辑； o 推动产能相关系统功能的落地与优化（如APS的产能模拟与排程、MES的实时稼动率监控、WMS/TMS的物流产能匹配），通过系统数据（如订单交付周期、工序等待时间、库存周转率）支撑产能决策； o 搭建产能分析模型（如基于历史数据的产能需求预测模型、关键工序CT分析表），通过数据挖掘识别改进机会点。

1. 教育背景：全日制本科及以上学历，供应链管理、工业工程、机械工程、电子工程、物流工程等相关专业优先。 2. 工作经验：30-45岁，8年以上汽车电子或消耗类电子行业供应链/生产管理经验，其中至少5年产能规划、生产计划或生产管理相关岗位经验（有汽车Tier1/Tier2供应链背景者优先）。 3. 专业能力： 1. 精通汽车电子/消耗类电子产品的生产工艺（SMT、组装、测试等）及关键制程痛点，熟悉IATF16949质量体系要求； 2. 熟练掌握供应链计划域全流程（需求预测→生产排程→物料齐套→交付跟踪），具备产能模拟、资源平衡与计划优化实战经验； 3. 深度掌握SAP PP/MM模块、APS、MES系统、WMS/TMS系统的操作与逻辑，有系统实施或二次开发对接经验者优先； 4. 具备较强的数据分析能力（熟练使用Excel/Power BI/Tableau等工具），能通过数据定位产能问题并提出可落地的解决方案。 4. 软技能：逻辑清晰，结构化思维强；优秀的跨部门沟通与协调能力（能联动销售、研发、生产、采购、IT等多团队）；抗压能力强，能适应快节奏交付环境；结果导向，以客户交付为核心目标。
