1.本科及以上学历，机械、材料，化学等相关专业，5年以上工作经验 ； 2.具有DOE、MSA、SPC、FMEA、6sigma等改善方法，能熟练运用PDCA等项目管理方法； 3.良好的英语读写能力，英文CET-4以上，能读懂各种技术文档，具备撰写技术文档的能力； 4.熟悉各类螺丝拧紧的GB，行业标准以及拧紧可靠性的实验条件； 5.具有严谨的逻辑思维，良好的沟通能力，富有敬业精神和责任心，能够承担工作压力。
