1、负责新项目的装配工艺开发，编制产品的工艺文件（如流程图、PFMEA、控制计划、工程装配指导书等）； 2、负责工艺设备的申请、验收以及主要工艺参数的验证（如DOE验证、工艺过程能力评估、CP/CPK输出等）； 3、负责工装夹具或工具的设计构想、外发制作，验收、验证、改进，以及调试和转交； 4、负责生产线体LAYOUT设计、工位设计、人机工程应用、IE系统的应用，线平衡设计与改进，防错设计与验证； 5、负责新项目的试产跟进、MES应用，需掌握质量工具，协助负责新项目试产或量产后期的质量改进； 6、组织新工艺、新技术的前期开发研究，评估与落实新工艺技术的或前沿技术的可行性，后续组织推广；

1.熟练使用2D及3D软件； 2.精益六西格玛DMAIC方法 3.有机械理论知识，能独立分析和改善过程不良。
