The posting

1. 结合公司与制造中心年度战略规划,推进全球基地精益制造体系发展与推行规划及管理； 2. 按照全球多工厂精益制造体系发展规划,推进各基地的精益体系落地，体系审核以及成熟度管理； 3. 负责跟踪，指导与支持全球多工厂的体系实施计划，以确保各工厂按计划实现体系成熟度目标，包括但不限于：厂房规划，产线管理，物流管理，效率管理等； 4. 负责全球各基地的精益人才培养，包括人才体系搭建，能力矩阵管理，赋能方案设计与执行，人才盘点等； 5. 负责制造中心各类持续改善项目的识别，设计，实施和标准化，以确保结果的达成； 6. 负责的CI项目与精益能力培养包括但不限于5S，TPM, 标准作业，流程分析，根源分析，VSM，逆序物流，A3，项目管理等。

1. 本科及以上,工业工程相关专业； 2. 10年以上工作经验,5年以上生产管理及5年以上精益管理经验;有中英双语大型制造企业工作经验; 3. 熟练掌握IE和精益生产的理论知识及相关工具的使用; 4 对现代制造管理模式有系统的了解和实践经验,熟悉生产工作流程;对精益管理体系熟悉并有成功实践落地经验; 5. 应用高阶精益工具主导并成功落地厂房规划，产线管理，物流管理等环节的精益优化项目，例如VSM，MSW，Cell Design, 逆序物流等精益工具； 6. 严谨的逻辑思维能力，灵活多变的工作风格，友好并清晰的沟通能力，具有双赢的战略思维，项目闭环管理的工作方法； 7. 英语6级以上或能读写听说者优先考虑。
