1.客户需求预测建模:基于客户历史订单、车型销量、市占率变化、季节性波动,建立各学科/客户的6-12个月需求预测模型; 2.预测偏差分析:跟踪实际订单vs预测的偏差,识别系统性偏差(客户放大/缩小)并量化偏差系数; 3.需求信号解读:联动产品线(新车型SOP/EOP)、销售(商务谈判动态)、市场(行业销量数据),将模糊信号转化为量化需求输入; 4.客户预测可信度评分:建立每个客户/学科的预测可信度模型(历史准确率、放大系数、变更频率),输出"可信需求区间"; 5.呆滞风险预警:基于需求预测偏差和库存水位,提前3-6个月预警呆滞风险,输出减损建议; 6.S&OP输入:为月度产销协同会议提供需求端数据包(预测基线+上浮/下探场景+风险假设); 7.新车型需求预测:联动研发和产品线,对即将SOP的新车型输出首年需求预测(爬坡曲线+峰值+稳态);
