The posting

  • 负责汽车电子领域各类电子器件（含被动器件：电阻、电容、电感、管子、晶振等；主动器件：数字芯片、模拟芯片、MCU、传感器、功率器件等；电子模块类等）参数的全生命周期管理，搭建并持续优化器件参数数据库，确保参数信息的完整性、准确性、时效性和可追溯性，支撑研发、采购、生产、质量等全流程工作开展。
  • 对接器件供应商、研发团队，收集整理器件技术规格书、参数手册等资料，提炼核心参数（如电气特性、机械性能、环境适应性、耐温性、抗干扰性等），规范参数录入标准，统一参数命名、分类及编码规则，规避参数混乱、错漏等问题。
  • 跟踪汽车电子行业标准（如AEC-Q100/Q200/、ISO 16750、IATF 16949等）及器件技术迭代，及时更新器件参数库，同步参数变更信息至各相关部门，确保研发设计、物料选型、质量检验等环节使用的参数与最新标准、器件规格一致。
  • 配合研发部门开展器件选型工作，提供参数匹配性分析支持，核对选型器件参数与产品设计需求的符合性，规避因参数不匹配导致的研发风险、产品可靠性问题；参与器件国产化替代、物料替代方案的参数验证与确认。
  • 协同质量部门，基于器件参数制定检验标准，参与器件入厂检验、过程检验及异常分析，针对参数不符、参数漂移等问题，联动供应商及研发团队制定整改方案，推动问题闭环，保障产品质量符合车规要求。
  • 负责器件参数相关文档的编制、整理与归档，包括参数手册、录入规范、变更记录、检验标准等，确保文档的规范性和可追溯性；协助开展参数管理相关培训，提升跨部门同事参数使用的准确性。
  • 关注电子器件市场动态、供应链风险，结合参数变化趋势，为采购策略调整、库存优化、成本控制提供参数层面的专业建议；参与器件失效模式与影响分析（FMEA），从参数角度提出优化建议，提升产品可靠性。
  • 完成上级交办的其他与电子器件参数管理相关的工作，推动参数管理流程标准化、高效化。

一、基本要求 •本科及以上学历，电子工程、微电子、材料科学、汽车电子等相关专业。5年及以上汽车电子领域电子器件参数管理、器件选型或质量管控相关工作经验，具备汽车电子行业、汽车电子零部件企业相关工作经验者优先，熟悉汽车电子器件全流程管理逻辑。 •熟悉汽车电子行业相关标准（AEC-Q系列、IATF 16949、ISO 26262等），了解汽车电子器件的技术特性、质量要求及市场供应格局。 •具备良好的数据敏感度和数据分析能力，工作细致严谨，有较强的责任心和原则性，能高效完成参数录入、核对、更新等重复性工作。 •具备良好的沟通协调能力、团队协作能力，能高效对接研发、采购、质量、供应商等多方，推动跨部门工作落地；抗压能力强，能应对复杂供应链环境下的参数管理需求。 二、专业能力要求 •精通汽车电子各类器件的核心参数（电气、机械、环境等维度），能快速解读器件规格书，准确提炼关键参数，具备参数异常识别、分析及解决能力。 •熟练使用参数管理工具、数据库系统、AI数据维护及Office办公软件（Excel、Word、PPT等），能独立搭建、维护器件参数数据库，具备一定的文档编写和标准化制定能力。 •了解电子器件的生产工艺、测试方法，能配合质量部门完成参数相关的检验标准制定、异常分析及整改跟进；有参数管理体系建设或流程优化经验者优先。 •具备国产化器件参数验证、替代方案分析能力，熟悉车规级芯片、功率器件等核心器件的参数特性者优先；了解功能安全（ISO 26262）在器件参数领域的应用者优先。
