作为测试产能与数据质量的核心保障者，本岗位全面负责SIP功能测试设备的全生命周期管理、测试系统的稳定运行与数据可靠性。您将领导团队确保测试环节高效、精准，是连接内部制造、外部客户与供应商的技术管理枢纽，直接对产品良率、测试成本与客户满意度负责。 1. 测试设备全周期管理与系统稳定性保障（40%） （1）制定并实施ATE、Handler等核心测试设备的预防性维护（PM）策略与年度保养计划，持续优化设备综合效率（OEE），监控并提升设备稼动率。 （2）建立快速响应机制，主导解决产线测试重大异常（如系统性误测、设备宕机、接触故障），深入进行根本原因分析（RCA），并推动永久性措施落地。 （3）负责测试关键资产（探针卡、Load Board等）的全生命周期、库存及更换周期管理。作为技术接口，主导与设备供应商（如Teradyne/Advantest）的技术协作与谈判。

2. 测试数据治理、分析与闭环改进（35%） （1）数据驱动监控：建立并监控测试关键绩效指标（KPI）仪表盘，包括但不限于良率（Yield）、直通率（FPY）、测试时间及设备效能，实现数据可视化与实时预警。 （2）主导测试数据异常分析，精准区分设备/系统问题与产品制程缺陷。协同工艺（PE）、质量（QA）团队，驱动测试参数优化、硬件调整或制程改善，形成问题解决闭环。 （3）负责生成并向上级及客户提供高质量的测试数据汇总与分析报告（日报/周报/月报），为业务决策提供核心数据支持。

3. 客户技术对接与需求闭环管理（25%） （1）客户需求管理与方案保障：作为主要技术接口，深度理解并转化客户测试标准与需求（如车规AEC-Q100），确保测试方案合规、有效。向客户专业呈现测试数据，解读波动根源。 （2）测试方案优化与客诉处理：根据客户反馈或产品变更，主导测试程序、限值（Test Limit）及硬件的优化。针对客户退货（RMA）或测试争议，牵头组织失效分析（FA）并驱动内部整改，直至客户问题闭环。

1、学历：全日制大专及以上学历，电子信息、自动化、测控等电子相关专业 必备： 二、工作经验： （1）3年以上ATE, ICT,FCT测试设备操作经验（FCT/ICT/ATE/Handler），熟悉设备日常点检、校准及基础故障处理（如探针清洁、气压调整）； （2）有电子行业主流大厂工作经验，熟悉测试流程，有汽车电子行业经历者优先考虑； （3）熟悉测试设备运作原理，能快速响应产线测试异常处理（如误测、设备宕机、接触不良等）； （4）富有团队引领精神和创新精神。
