The posting

1、核心负责智能座舱DMS/OMS驾驶员监测算法、座舱监测算法的嵌入式业务逻辑落地与SDK开发，完成算法工程化移植、功能开发、版本迭代及长期维护工作； 2、结合车载多场景应用需求，负责DMS/OMS算法业务的软件框架搭建、标准化接口设计，输出可复用、高稳定的车载算法SDK，适配车载嵌入式产品落地需求； 3、针对车载嵌入式芯片平台，开展算法部署后的性能测试、瓶颈分析、功耗与延时评估，结合硬件平台性能限制，反向指导算法团队完成算法轻量化、适配优化，保障算法落地可用性； 4、负责嵌入式平台硬件加速模块（DSP/NEON）的调试与落地使用，优化cache、DMA内存读写逻辑，完成算法业务代码的深度性能优化，满足车载实时性、稳定性要求； 5、跟进车载DMS/OMS行业法规标准，适配Euro GSR、ENCAP等规范要求，保障算法业务功能合规落地。

1、本科及以上学历，5年及以上车载嵌入式算法工程化、SDK开发相关工作经验，深耕DMS/OMS座舱监测业务优先； 2、精通C/C++编程，熟练掌握常用数据结构、软件工程开发规范与设计模式，具备扎实的车载嵌入式代码开发功底； 3、熟练掌握DSP、NEON指令集代码优化，精通cache、DMA内存读写优化方案，具备丰富的嵌入式算法性能调优经验； 4、熟练掌握Linux/RTOS/QNX/Android车载操作系统的开发、调试与问题排查，熟悉三大系统底层框架与运行机制； 5、具备高通、英伟达、芯驰等主流车载多核异构芯片平台开发经验者优先； 6、熟悉OpenCV、OpenCL、OpenGL、Mediapipe等图形视觉开发工具，有相关项目落地经验优先； 7、核心优先条件：有疲劳检测、驾驶员分心、危险行为识别、手势识别等车载IMS视觉算法业务SDK开发、工程化落地经验；熟悉ENCAP、DMS/OMS、Euro GSR车载行业法规标准者优先。
