1、参与产品开发全过程，负责产品EMC总体设计，对硬件电路原理图、PCB layout及结构详细设计提供EMC设计支持和解决方案； 2、负责产品研发各阶段的EMC评审，依照EMC设计原理进行硬件电路原理图、PCB layout及结构设计审核，提出评审意见； 3、制定EMC测试计划和测试方案，组织并完成产品各阶段的EMC验证测试，输出测试报告； 4、负责产品EMC测试中的问题定位、对策分析、整改方案制定与验证，组织EMC改进方案评审； 5、制定公司产品的EMC测试计划及相关测试规范和流程，建立并完善产品开发中的EMC流程和规范； 6、收集并研究各类国际、国家标准及相关EMC要求，制定EMC设备测试操作规范，负责测试设备的日常维护； 7、负责EMC器件选型、验证及导入工作； 8、使用电磁仿真软件进行EMC仿真研究，将仿真结果运用于实际产品设计。

1、本科及以上学历，电子、电气、自动化相关专业，3 年以上汽车电子 EMC 设计、测试、整改经验。 2、熟悉车载 EMC 车规标准（CISPR25、ISO7637、ISO11452 等），熟悉各类 EMC 测试项目及整改方法。 3、具备原理图、PCB、结构多维度 EMC 优化与整改实战能力。 4、熟练操作 EMC 测试仪器，能独立开展测试、问题分析与方案落地。 5、熟悉 EMC 防护器件选型、验证，会使用电磁仿真软件者优先。 6、具备良好的跨部门沟通能力、文档输出能力，抗压性强。
