1、CI/CD与自动化建设：负责自动驾驶算法持续集成（CI/CD）流水线的搭建与日常维护；设计并开发自动化测试工具与框架，规范测试流程，大幅提升算法迭代与测试效率； 2、算法评测体系设计：深入理解感知、预测、规控、定位等自动驾驶核心模块原理，结合业务场景设计科学、合理的算法评测维度与指标体系； 3、传感器与数据闭环：基于对智能驾驶传感器（摄像头、毫米波雷达、激光雷达等）特性的理解，参与构建传感器仿真测试与数据闭环验证方案； 4、问题定位与跨团队协同：跟踪算法链路全流程迭代，分析测试数据并精准定位算法缺陷，协同算法与工程团队推动问题修复与系统优化。

1、教育背景：本科及以上学历，计算机、自动化、车辆工程、电子信息等相关专业； 2、行业经验：3年以上自动驾驶行业测试开发/算法评测经验，完整参与过算法链路全流程迭代，具备L2+及以上量产项目落地经验； 3、技术能力：具备扎实的编程功底，熟练掌握 Python 语言；熟悉 Linux 操作系统，熟练使用 Git、Jenkins/GitLab CI 等持续集成工具； 4、业务认知：熟悉主流智能驾驶传感器（Camera/Radar/LiDAR）的关键指标与特性；熟悉常见自动驾驶算法评价指标的定义、计算逻辑及应用场景； 5、综合素质：具备平台化建设思维，出色的逻辑分析与问题解决能力；沟通表达能力强，能跨团队高效协同并牵头技术方案落地。
