1、作为L2+/L4城区功能FO(fuciton owner)，能够承接城区行车功能设计，针对城区功能需求形成系统方案包括但不限于定义功能状态机、场景边界，梳理对感知融合/规划控制等模块的接口与性能需求； 2、能够串联上下游模块，协同研发、测试、项目及中间件团队，推动跨部门沟通协调，跟进实车泛化测试与台架验证，快速定位并闭环量产交付过程中的问题； 3、跟踪研发过程中重点特性开发进程，把控研发过程中的重点问题，能够主导问题分析/方案设计/闭环验证，输出针对性整改方案、优化策略及验证方案保障特性交付； 4、作为核心技术接口人对接OEM客户，参与项目进度规划、节点评审与版本管控，主动识别研发过程中的技术风险、进度风险，及时同步问题并协调各方资源，推动问题高效闭环，保障项目按时量产交付。

1、本科及以上学历，车辆工程、自动化、计算机、机器人、人工智能等相关专业。 2、两年及以上工作经历，熟悉L2+/L4智能驾驶高阶功能行车域完整链路，理解各模块的能力边界。有城区功能量产（端到端）经验者优先。 3、强大的跨团队推动以及沟通能力，能够驱动算法、软件、测试团队解决系统级问题 4、具备良好的学习能力、创新思维以及缜密的逻辑性，致力于找到最优解决方案
