1.熟悉智能驾驶传感器（摄像头、毫米波雷达、激光雷达等）的关键指标和特点； 2.研发和优化多传感器（Camera, LiDAR, Radar, IMU,Wheel Encoder）的内参标定（相机焦距、畸变，激光雷达内参等）和外参标定方案，统筹涉及面向量产的高精度、自动化标定方案（在线标定、离线标定）。 3.标定流程实施与优化，制定产线与售后标定流程规范，支持客户工厂端和售后端的标定任务，分析与解决标定过程中出现的异常问题，持续优化标定流程和精度。 4.性能验证与误差分析，设计标定精度和稳定性的评估体系与验证方法，对实车感知效果进行闭环分析，定位因标定参数偏差引起的感知问题，并推动算法迭代。 5.协同算法、系统、硬件及测试团队，跟踪标定相关问题，推进标定系统与传感器能力的整体迭代。

1.本科及以上学历，车辆工程、自动化、计算机等相关专业。 2.3年以上自动驾驶/ADAS传感器标定或系统集成经验，熟悉常用车载传感器原理与特性。 3.熟悉内外参标定算法及工具，了解图像质量、点云质量评估方法，有实际的传感器标定项目经验，具备产线标定或大规模量产标定落地经验者优先。 4.具备平台化思维，良好的沟通与跨团队推动能力，能牵头技术方案落地，具备出色的分析问题和解决问题的能力。
