The posting

1、负责HUD生产测试平台的统筹规划、方案设计及落地开发，结合量产需求优化平台性能，保障测试平台稳定高效运行，满足规模化生产测试标准。 2、牵头开展HUD生产测试新技术、新方法的研究与导入应用，跟踪行业技术动态，推动测试技术迭代升级，提升生产测试效率与质量。 3、负责HUD测试线体的全流程开发、调试及落地应用，优化线体运行流程，及时解决线体应用中的技术痛点，保障线体高效稳定运转。 4、统筹HUD新产品导入工作，负责试产阶段测试方案落地，收集试产过程中的测试问题，组织团队分析根源并推动改善，确保新产品顺利量产。 5、负责编制项目开发相关库文件，包括DFT（可测试性设计）、PFMEA（过程失效模式及影响分析）、CP（控制计划）、FC（功能检查）等，规范测试开发流程，保障项目合规推进。

1、本科及以上学历，电子、自动化、计算机、光学等相关专业优先。 2、具备5年及以上HUD生产测试开发相关工作经验，熟悉HUD产品生产测试流程、光学特性及相关行业标准者优先。 3、熟练使用Labview&Teststand、C#编程语言，具备HUD生产测试平台、测试线体的设计、开发及调试能力；掌握DFTPFMEA、CP、FC等库文件的编制方法。 4、具备良好的团队协作精神，严格遵守并维护公司及部门的各项标准与制度，确保制度有效执行；拥有较强的抗压能力，能高效应对项目节点压力及各类技术难题，具备优秀的问题分析与解决能力。
