1. 光学系统方案设计与落地：独立负责WHUD、AR-HUD全品类光学系统方案定义、整体光路架构设计，主导视场角、虚像距离、眼盒范围、亮度均匀性、畸变、色差、重影等核心光学指标拆解与落地，适配车载量产工况需求，解决各类光学设计痛点问题。 2. 核心器件选型与集成设计：负责HUD PGU光源、自由曲面反射镜、透镜、光波导、楔形膜等核心光学元器件选型、参数匹配与集成设计，统筹光学、结构、硬件、热管理跨模块适配，输出完整的光学系统设计方案、BOM清单及技术规范书。 3. 光学仿真与迭代优化：熟练使用Zemax、LightTools、Code V、SPEOS等专业光学仿真工具，完成光路仿真、像差分析、公差分析、杂散光抑制仿真，结合实车测试数据持续迭代优化光学方案，保障产品性能达标且满足量产一致性。 4. 量产项目全流程管控：主导HUD光学系统从方案设计、样品验证、试产到SOP量产的全流程技术跟进，统筹解决量产阶段光学良率低、一致性差、环境适应性不足等各类技术问题，梳理量产工艺规范，保障项目顺利量产交付。 5. 测试体系与标准搭建：建立完善的HUD光学性能测试体系、测试规范及验收标准，主导实验室测试、整车搭载测试、高低温耐候性测试，完成问题定位、根因分析与闭环优化，满足车载车规级质量及法规要求。 6. 技术调研与迭代升级：跟踪行业HUD前沿光学技术、新工艺、新器件及竞品方案，开展技术可行性分析与预研，输出技术路线规划报告，推动产品光学性能迭代升级与成本优化。 7. 跨部门协同与供应商管理：对接研发、结构、硬件、测试、生产、供应链及客户团队，输出各类技术文档，主导供应商光学器件技术对接、方案评审、问题整改，统筹内外技术资源推进项目落地。

1. 学历专业：本科及以上学历，光学工程、光电信息科学与工程、车辆工程、精密仪器等相关专业。 2. 核心经验（硬性要求）：具备5年及以上车载HUD光学系统设计完整量产经验，全程参与过至少1款AR-HUD/WHUD产品从研发到批量量产交付的完整流程，熟悉HUD量产工艺、良率管控及量产问题闭环逻辑，有头部车企或Tier1供应商从业经验者优先。 3. 专业能力：精通HUD光学成像原理、光路设计逻辑及像差优化方法，熟练掌握主流光学仿真软件，具备丰富的光学公差分析、杂散光抑制、虚像画质优化经验，能够独立解决量产过程中的各类光学技术难题。 4. 项目能力：熟悉车载产品车规级开发流程（APQP），了解IATF16949质量体系，具备独立主导HUD光学系统项目开发、方案评审、风险管控及量产落地能力。 5. 综合素养：具备良好的技术文档撰写能力、跨部门沟通协调能力及问题复盘能力，逻辑清晰、抗压性强，能适配项目量产节点推进工作。 6. 加分项：具备光波导AR-HUD、大视场角AR-HUD量产经验；熟悉车载热光学耦合分析；具备供应商技术评审、技术攻关经验。
