1. 项目RFI/RFQ前期，支持项目团队整体报价，并主导和管理软件开发团队承接和差异管理分析（包括搭建软件核心团队，需求识别，需求分析，需求确认，需求编制，需求发布，需求变更管理等等活动）； 2. 统筹主导软件项目内部立项（包括软件开发团队的组建，软件项目等级和生命周期活动评估，过往项目问题横展，软件发布规格文档-RCS以及软件开发设计制订等等）； 3. 软件开发计划，软件功能任务实现的管理和监控；例如，WBS任务分解细化跟进，lifecycle的制订和评估，软件项目日会/周会/月会以及软件对应milestone文档输出评审等。 4. 负责软件开发过程中从demo到全功能过程的问题收集和管理监控以及BUG的收敛计划收集，管理和监控； 5. 负责识别，统筹，协调，跟进，监控，汇报整个软件团队在项目实施过程中的任务，资源，成本，需求变更，风险等管理，如内部重点问题，内外部风险管理，内外部需求变更管理，资源冲突等等问题； 6. 负责制订软件发布计划及统筹产线发布及对外软件发布计划管理； 7. 负责与客户进行软件开发活动的沟通管理以及支持PRG/PQM对于软件的客户问题管理支持； 8. 负责协调跨学科，跨组织并协助软件开发技术负责人对于技术问题的方案梳理管理和问题攻关； 9. 项目开发过程中的流程跟进及SOP后项目经验的复盘和分享； 10. 项目过程中项目状态的汇报（与学科经理，项目经理，部门经理等）

1. 本科及以上学历，有软件工程，计算机相关知识背景； 2. 2年以上软件开发项目管理、软件测试、软件开发经验； 3. 产品生命周期管理经验； 4. 软件项目管理流程以及软件架构管理基础知识； 5. 问题闭环管理的能力以及文档编写能力； 6. 沟通管理能力强； 7. 英语、日语能力(听、说、写良好).
