1. 主导整车低压电源系统架构及电子电气架构设计开发，制定配电系统规划方案与实施路径，覆盖48V供电网络、双电池冗余等核心场景。 2. 负责电源系统功能安全设计，依据ISO26262标准完成ASIL-D级配电系统架构开发，保障电池冗余及供电可靠性。 3. 规划整车电源管理技术路线，主导48V轻混、固态开关等新技术预研与落地，支撑架构前瞻性演进。 4. 构建整车能量管理策略，通过系统级功耗测试与建模，实现能耗优化目标。 5. 统筹电源系统开发全流程，衔接需求、设计、验证环节，确保方案适配AUTOSAR架构及整车通信要求。

1. 本科及以上学历，电子、自动化等相关专业，10年以上汽车电子电气架构或整车电源管理经验。 2. 具备2个及以上完整纯电项目低压配电产品开发经验，主导过多款车型电子电气架构开发。 3. 精通48V轻混架构、高压电池系统、双电池冗余设计，具备车载域控/配电产品功能安全架构设计能力。 4. 熟悉AUTOSAR架构及ISO 26262功能安全标准，掌握整车通信与电源分配核心技术。 5. 具备电源管理领域技术趋势判断能力，有新技术预研及落地项目经验者优先。
