主导公司核心Android应用全链路性能优化专项工作，聚焦解决应用操作卡顿、掉帧、响应延迟、交互滞涩等核心痛点，全面打磨操作丝滑度，极致提升用户交互体验，保障产品核心体验达标。 1. 核心性能攻坚：精准定位各类卡顿、帧率不稳、交互延迟问题，从UI渲染、内存调度、线程管控、资源加载等全维度深挖根因，定制专属优化方案并推动落地闭环，保障应用长期稳定高帧率运行，实现操作无滞涩、响应零延迟。

2. 全流程管控与风险把控：搭建标准化性能监控与评测体系，制定流畅度量化验收标准，全程把控开发进度，严控新增需求导入带来的性能风险，从研发到上线全环节规避体验隐患。

3. 跨团队协同推进：联动产品、研发、测试及客户对接相关环节，精准传递需求与优化目标，主动同步项目进度、协调各类卡点问题，打通业务与研发协作壁垒，同步输出团队性能优化规范，提升整体研发协作效率。

4. 技术迭代与优化升级：紧跟Android原生新特性与行业前沿性能优化技术，结合产品实际业务场景落地应用，持续迭代优化策略，巩固产品流畅度优势，助力产品体验保持行业领先。

1.具备5年以上Android高端优化实战经验，有独立主导大型商用App流畅度专项优化成功案例，能快速定位复杂卡顿问题，落地见效快。 2.精通Android系统底层原理，熟悉UI渲染机制、Choreographer工作流程、内存管理与GC机制、线程调度原理、Binder通信机制，吃透卡顿、掉帧底层根源。 3.熟练使用Systrace、Profile GPU Rendering、Android Studio Profiler、Perfetto等性能分析工具，精通布局优化、内存优化、线程优化、图片/资源优化、懒加载、预加载等核心优化手段。 4.熟悉Jetpack Compose/原生View渲染优化，熟悉ANR、内存泄漏、OOM问题根治方案，了解NDK底层优化、热修复与性能监控框架优先，有高端机型适配优化经验者优先。
