1.能源动力、热物理或机械相关专业本科以上学历，英语6级或以上，听说能力佳，3年以上热仿真/CFD工作经验；有电子散热仿真经验优先； 2.精通主流热仿真分析软件，熟悉自然对流、风冷、液冷等多种热仿真方法； 3.掌握有限元理论相关知识，掌握热力学，传热学，流体力学等相关理论知识； 4.具备良好的沟通能力及表达能力，具备较强的责任心及执行力，学习能力强，工作认真严谨。
