1. 负责制定软件项目计划，包括项目范围、目标、时间线、预算和资源分配，以及项目的全生命周期管理； 2. 组建和管理项目团队，分配任务，确保团队成员明确自己的职责； 3. 作为团队与利益相关方之间的桥梁，确保信息的流通和问题的及时解决，与客户及内部相关部门进行沟通，收集客户意见并及时反馈； 4. 识别项目潜在风险，制定风险缓解策略和应对计划，确保项目目标的实现； 5. 确保项目交付物符合预定的质量标准，实施质量控制流程，负责项目过程控制与变更管理； 6. 监控项目进度，确保项目按计划进行，必要时进行调整以满足项目目标，定期汇报项目进展情况； 7. 与客户建议和维护良好的关系，确保项目需求和期望得到满足； 8. 处理项目范围的变更请求，评估变更对项目的影响，并管理变更的实施； 9. 确保所有项目文档得到适当的创建、维护和存档； 10. 定期组织项目成员完成复盘和总结； 11. 组织软件项目成员进行团队建设； 12. 遵循公司产品生命周期定义的软件开发流程过程。

1.本科及以上学历，计算机、电子、通信等相关专业；5 年以上项目管理经验，有车载软件项目开发 / 管理经验优先； 2.系统学习过项目管理知识，持有 PMP/ACP/信息系统项目管理师等认证优先；熟悉 CMMI 或 ASPICE 流程优先； 3.有 2 年以上软件开发经验优先，熟悉 Android、Linux 整体架构，具备较强的问题分析与解决能力； 4.具备良好的英语 / 日语听说读写能力，能直接与海外客户沟通者优先； 5.有 10 人以上大型项目团队管理经验优先； 6.沟通表达与跨部门协同能力强，责任心强，抗压能力突出，能高效推进复杂项目落地。
