1，设计并实现 HAL 层，隔离硬件差异，提升上层软件的跨平台复用能力。 2，负责 MCU 外设驱动开发，移植与优化，支持应用软件对底层硬件的可靠调用。 3，能够独立完成常见外设驱动开发，并能根据芯片数据手册编写新外设驱动。 4，使用调试器、逻辑分析仪、示波器等工具，完成底层软硬件联调，定位并解决时序、中断、栈溢出、内存泄漏等底层问题。 5，编写驱动设计文档、接口说明、并与硬件工程师、应用软件工程师紧密配合完成产品开发。 6，可独立对代码尺寸和运行效率进行针对性优化。

1，本科及以上学历，计算机、电子、自动化、通信、车辆工程等相关专业，3年及以上 MCU 嵌入式底层开发经验 2，熟悉MCU UART、SPI、I2C，CAN等外设。 3，熟练C语言软件开发，熟悉软件开发流程，具备硬件基础和软件编程、调试能力。 4，熟练使用 Git，理解分支管理、代码评审流程。 5，有汽车电子开发经验，了解 AUTOSAR 架构、MCAL 配置工具（如 EB tresos、Vector MICROSAR）优先。 6，熟悉功能安全（ISO 26262）开发流程，或有 ASIL-B/D 相关项目经验优先。 7，有车载座舱、车规 MCU 项目经验优先；熟悉车载电源、IO、通信外设优先。
