1、参与座舱系统及车载平台的性能测试、数据采集与分析工作； 2、参与性能数据分析工具及平台的设计、开发与维护，包括数据处理、分析算法、可视化展示等模块； 3、协同测试、架构、系统及等项目团队，参与性能评估与诊断，推动性能问题闭环； 4、参与持续优化性能分析流程与工具链，提升性能测试自动化水平与分析效率； 5、完善性能工具平台建设； 6、输出技术文档，沉淀性能分析方法论与工具使用规范。

1、精通 Python 语言特性及常用框架，具备扎实的工程开发能力； 2、熟悉 Web 后端开发流程，了解常见数据库（MySQL / sqlite / MongoDB 等）和中间件（Redis / MQ 等），具备完整项目上线经验； 3、擅长数据分析与处理，具备数据可视化经验，有前端基础和相关框架（Vue/React/ECharts 等）经验者优先； 4、熟悉 GUI 工具开发框架（Qt/Tkinter/Electron等）和版本发布流程，具备商用或企业级工具开发经验者优先； 5、具备良好的编码规范意识、单元测试习惯与工程质量意识； 6、不排斥 Vibe Coding，善于使用 AI 工具提升研发效率； 7、具备良好的问题拆解能力、抗压能力和团队协作意识，能够在复杂业务环境下持续交付； 8、具备良好的学习能力，对系统性能、工具平台、工程效率提升方向有长期兴趣。
